weinor awning fabrics use special impregnation such as ^HI-CLEAN® (Parà) or TEXgard (Sattler). This protective finish preserves the fabric, allowing water and dirt to simply roll off*

Water-repellent: rain and other liquids run off without a trace.

Dirt-repellent: the invisible protective layer prevents watery or oily dirt from sticking - deposits simply don't stick.

All fabrics in our my collections 2 collection are certified with ^OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and offer excellent sun protection with at least 93.3% UV protection  - for carefree hours outdoors.
 

How to keep your awning fabric looking good for a long time

A few simple care tips will help to maintain the finish of your fabric in the long term:

• Avoid moisture. Only roll up the awning when wet in exceptional cases and allow the fabric to dry as soon as possible.
• Remove pollen and loose dirt with your vacuum cleaner's upholstery brush  or carefully with adhesive tape.
• For stubborn stains, moisten the cloth with clean water and allow the dirt to soften.
• Use lukewarm water (max. 40 °C) and a 5-10 % mild detergent solution.
• Apply the foam with a sponge, do not rub it in and rinse it with plenty of clean water after 15-20 minutes.
• Then allow the fabric to dry completely.

Never rub or brush the awning fabric too hard. High-pressure cleaners are also taboo in order to avoid damaging the protective surface.

If you have an open awning, you can retract it far enough during cleaning so that the affected surface can be easily reached from below.
